1. Citizen's Income (like adult child benefit) for every legal resident
2. Reduced rate for children
3. Enhanced rate for seniors, disabled and carers
4. Land Value Tax (fair and simple) to replace Council Tax
5. Abolish National Insurance, and merge into Income Tax
6. Staggered Income Tax - pay more if you earn more
7. Tax spent on public transport etc - then reduced when infrastructure built
8. Tax loopholes abolished for those living outside the country
9. Corporation tax reduced for carbon emissions saved
10. Capital gains tax staggered again - none below a certain amount
11. VAT scrapped and replaced by Eco Taxes on polluting companies
