Green Party Policy

1. All countries that could afford it to give 1% of GDP to UN
2. UN (or similar) to set up Emergency Fund
3. This to be used for earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes etc
4. Immediate help can be offered, before public donations kick in
5. Green policy on World Peace means less military staff
6. They can be redeployed as Emergency Civilian Army
7. Territorial Army to also have Civilian Volunteers
